Hinckley Choral Union invite you to come and sing two contrasting works: Karl Jenkins's Requiem, and choral arrangements from Andrew Lloyd-Webber's hit musical 'Cats', on Saturday 8th February. Singing Day: Mahler 2

Come and spend the day getting to know the choral movement that concludes Mahler's monumental 'Resurrection' Symphony with the London Symphony Orchestra's Choral Director Simon Halsey. Beethoven's Ninth really explodes when the singing starts, and as Mahler wrote his Second Symphony - over 70 years later - he decided to bring out the big guns with a choral finale.
